1. Om FamVibe
FamVibe är en digital tjänst för familjer att tillsammans organisera vardagen: kalender, sysslor/rutiner, matsedel och inköpslistor. Genom att skapa ett konto och använda FamVibe ("Tjänsten") godkänner du dessa användarvillkor.
2. Konto och familjer
En vuxen (vårdnadshavare) skapar ett konto och antingen startar en ny familj eller går med i en befintlig familj med en familjekod.
Du ansvarar för att uppgifterna du lämnar är korrekta, för att hålla ditt lösenord hemligt, och för all aktivitet som sker via ditt konto.
3. Profiler för barn
Som vuxen kan du skapa profiler i appen för dina barn. Barn kan även själva gå med i en familjegrupp via en familjekod och skapa en egen profil. Om du är vårdnadshavare för ett barn i tjänsten intygar du att du har rätt att godkänna behandling av deras personuppgifter i Tjänsten å deras vägnar (eller godkänna deras kontoskapande om de är under 13 år), i enlighet med vår Integritetspolicy.
4. Innehåll du lägger till
Uppgifter du lägger in i Tjänsten (t.ex. sysslor, matsedlar, kalenderhändelser, inköpslistor) tillhör dig och din familj. Vi använder dem enbart för att tillhandahålla Tjänsten till er.
5. Premium och betalning
FamVibe erbjuder vissa funktioner gratis och vissa som en betald Premium-prenumeration (49 kr/månad eller 449 kr/år), som gäller hela familjen.
Nya användare kan prova Premium kostnadsfritt i 3 dagar. Om provperioden inte avbryts senast 24 timmar innan den tar slut, övergår den automatiskt i en betald prenumeration till priset för vald plan (49 kr/månad eller 449 kr/år).
Prenumerationen hanteras och avslutas via dina kontoinställningar hos Apple (App Store/Apple-ID) eller Google (Google Play) — inte i appen. Att radera appen avslutar inte prenumerationen; du behöver säga upp den via App Store/Google Play innan nästa betalperiod för att undvika att debiteras.
Betalning sker via App Store/Google Play, i enlighet med deras respektive villkor.
6. Tillåten användning
Du får inte använda Tjänsten för olagliga ändamål, för att skada eller störa Tjänsten, eller för att försöka komma åt uppgifter som inte tillhör din familj.
7. Ansvarsbegränsning
Tjänsten tillhandahålls i befintligt skick. Vi strävar efter hög tillgänglighet men kan inte garantera att Tjänsten alltid är fri från fel eller avbrott. Vi ansvarar inte för indirekta skador som uppstår genom din användning av Tjänsten.
8. Uppsägning
Du kan när som helst sluta använda Tjänsten och begära att ditt konto och tillhörande uppgifter raderas, se vår Integritetspolicy. Vi kan stänga av eller avsluta konton som bryter mot dessa villkor.
9. Ändringar av villkoren
Vi kan uppdatera dessa villkor från tid till annan. Väsentliga ändringar meddelas i appen eller via e-post. Fortsatt användning av Tjänsten efter en ändring innebär att du godkänner de nya villkoren.

1. About FamVibe
FamVibe is a digital service that helps families organize everyday life together: a shared calendar, chores/routines, a meal plan, and a shopping list. By creating an account and using FamVibe (the "Service") you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Accounts and families
An adult (legal guardian) creates an account and either starts a new family or joins an existing one using a family code.
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your password confidential, and for all activity that happens through your account.
3. Profiles for children
As an adult, you can create profiles within the app for your children. Children can also join a family group themselves using a family code and create their own profile. If you are the legal guardian of a child using the Service, you confirm that you have the right to consent to the processing of their personal data in the Service on their behalf (or to consent to their account creation if they are under 13), in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
4. Content you add
Information you enter into the Service (e.g. chores, meal plans, calendar events, shopping lists) belongs to you and your family. We only use it to provide the Service to you.
5. Premium and payment
FamVibe offers some features for free and some as a paid Premium subscription (49 SEK/month or 449 SEK/year), covering the whole family.
New users can try Premium free for 3 days. If the trial isn't cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends, it automatically converts into a paid subscription at the price for the selected plan (49 SEK/month or 449 SEK/year).
Your subscription is managed and cancelled through your account settings with Apple (App Store/Apple ID) or Google (Google Play) — not in the app itself. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription; you need to cancel it via the App Store/Google Play before the next billing period to avoid being charged.
Payment is processed through the App Store/Google Play, subject to their respective terms.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service for unlawful purposes, to damage or disrupt the Service, or to attempt to access data that doesn't belong to your family.
7. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". We aim for high availability but can't guarantee the Service will always be free of errors or interruptions. We're not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Termination
You can stop using the Service at any time and request that your account and associated data be deleted — see our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes in the app or by email. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the new terms.
